Super Cakes

Course Duration: 15 days

Days/Week: Four (4)

The course is designed for those who aspire to create beautiful cakes. From fancy tiered cakes to themed cakes, the course teaches the students the nuances of decorating beautiful cakes. Baking is not included in the course; for bakery courses, please refer Cakes and Bakes (Beginners) and Cakes and Bakes (Advanced). The Super Cakes course concentrates only on cake decoration.

Included in the curriculum are whip cream icing, butter cream icing, royal icing, chocolate ganache, chocolate garnishes, fondant cakes, gum paste flowers and figures. Additionally, trainees have to complete two individual projects as a part of the course. On completion, the trainee is awarded with a certificate.
