The advanced bakery course or Cakes and Bakes (II) is for anyone with a basic baking course diploma or a fair knowledge of baking. In this course, advanced techniques of baking are discussed and practiced, which include fancy cakes, fancy breads, cookies and biscuits, tarts and pies, cheesecakes and many more baked delights. A certificate is awarded on completion.
